For a short time yesterday afternoon, some customers had intermittent issues when making outbound mobile calls. 

Service was restored quickly and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

All our EE services were not impacted.

@justinmarfell , what is your problem? Where are you? Never had an issue with network working where I am, and it looks like no-one else has, otherwise there would be a lot of complaints. It looks like it may be just you.

Have you tried rebooting your device? Is it the mobile router or your phone you are having issues with?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

turn off your wifi for 5 mins and turn it back on after and then if it dose not work then contact the provider 

not help how you ee work you are a bad network and you will lose me as a payer to my contract if you can help me with all of my network probelms

You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.
