Phone not allowing text or calls in Spain

Hi ,Please can you advise me how to get my phone to make phone calls and text while in Spain .FYI my data is working.

Hi @AMedland 

Assuming you're on a pay Monthly contract.

You need to log into your EE app or online account abs activate international calls and text. Make sure roaming is activated,but if you can use data this seems to be activated.
