Since yesterday i cannot make any calls out and cannot receive any calls too.

@160178 are you on contract or PAYG ? And was this working before yesterday while you was there ?

@160178 Have you tried restarting the device? Have you tried a manual network search? Nothing should have changed on your EE account to stop your device from working if it was working before. You’re connecting to a roaming network that might have issues in your location and that’s beyond EEs control.

If you've been able to roam previously, then all is setup from EE's end and this is likely to be an issue with the local network you're currently attached to.
Restarting your phone and/or manually connecting to a different local network, is the standard advice in this scenario.
