  • I need to get my Z Flip3 5G repaired. Can I borrow a mobile from EE while fixing?
  • Can I pick up from any EE store?

I don't know if EE will give you out a loaner, they may, depending on the insurance you have with them.

@cathydzyn   You can go to an EE store but you must take your device there to start the insurance process. You can not do this online as the store needs to be involved.  You do this online and no store will have any information about you or your device as they’ll not be involved in that process so not give you a device to use.  
If the store has a loan device that you can borrow then yes you can request it.  But stores have a limited number of loan devices and they might not have one available and you’ll not get anything great it’ll be a basic device.
