Arrived in Florida USA and me and my Dads Galaxy's phones do not have any service. My dads phone Galaxy 7 edge used to be mine and the sim card is coming up with my number. My phone is not my number and also bith sims are out of service. Any advice would be appreciated.

@Galaxy2007 So your dad is using your SIM card in his device as that’s the only way he can have your number on that device as the s7 takes that information of the sim
You don’t say what your device is
To have a working device when abroad you need to have roaming enable from within your online EE account, has that been enabled?

Hi @Galaxy2007
Have you activated a new SIM card recently?
Are you both on the same EE account?

Thanks @Galaxy2007
Have you both set up roaming if you have pay monthly accounts, to use the phones abroad?
To check this, log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
