Hi there,

After much trouble trying to pay for my contract, I finally managed to pay for the £15 a month plan then it said it won't start until the 19th of October?? I've texted NOW to 150 and STOP PACK but one says I have no active plan and the other says I have one active, and customer service will not answer. This is just infuriating and I can't find any support.

@fionn666    Your not on contract it’s a pay as you go.

Did you text NOW to 150 first ?  Then texted STOP PACK to 150 ?    If you did you active the pack then you stopped it with the stop pack text.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Yeh I texted now first and the reply was we were unable to stop your active plan, idk what plan it’s on abt and the stop pack said I had no plan

@fionn666 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Which said what exactly?

BTW: A PAYG plan isn't a pay monthly contract.

@Chris_B : STOP PLAN doesn't stop a pack dead; it just stops it auto renewing.
