Not receiving texts in the US

I cannot get on the app as it’s down but before my arrival in the USA I was informed by EE that I had all relevant roaming options and passes turned on. I’ve been here a week now and still not receiving texts or calls

I'm using a Samsung galaxy s20

I have changed and changed back the network settings many times

I would recommend speaking with our technical support team. I've seen others in a similar situation mention contacting us through a VoIP service, such as Skype. You can find our contact number on the get in touch help page.
