Not Reciving OTP on my sim

Hi buddies, I hope you are well, I am using my sim since september 2023, in forign country, I charged it in september 2023, till now I was reciving otp, but now it is stopped, is there any solutions., thanks

@zeetekltd : Are you on contract or PAYG?

Can it do anything other than receiving OTPs? Can it make calls & texts? Can it receive texts other than OTPs?

it was able to receive only otp and nothing, and  now it also not receiving otp, what is the solution? please guide, thanks

When did you last top up the SIM or use it for a chargeable service, @zeetekltd?

I suspect your account could be in hibernation.
