I've transferred my number over from Three using the PAC code. I can get both calls and texts on my transferred number, so the transfer has worked fine.
My problem is when I try to set up the data on my AppleWatch I'm taken to a login screen which won't allow me to log in with my passkey (Face ID etc.) so it gets me to request passcodes to my email first, which works no problem, but then it sends a passcode to my number (the correct number with the correct last 4 digits) but that text never comes.
I have tried this at least 8 times throughout today and the text never comes.
I have had a friend text me from a non-Apple phone to ensure I can get texts and that is fine.
I don't know what to do now.

Do you have any other numbers on your account?
For EE account logins, the PIN usually gets sent to the main number on the account which may not be set up as your number.
If not, our technical team can help you get the plan set up if you get in touch.

I don't have any other numbers on my account, except the original number before porting over this number from my old network, but that original EE number is no longer on the account.
I'll give that link a try and let you know what they say.

Completely unrelated to this but I've just had a text from my old network telling me the old number is now disconnected and then immediately had loads of EE passcode texts through at once. I've logged in via the codes on my MacBook so I'll try linking my watch now, but I presume it'll be fine now.

Just to confirm, it has now worked and I've requested activation, but the main issue of not getting the text code from EE is sorted. I didn't need to use the link above as it turns out, looks like it was something that the old network were taking their time completing.
