I have been with EE for several years now and signal where I live is normally fine but it's been a month now with no service. It's a town called Forres, in Moray. The website keeps showing you're away of the problem, how long can it take to fix a cell tower seriously? What is even wrong with the service? I obviously can't phone anyone to ask about it either. There's no data either, the phone screen states emergency calls only. It still connects to my WI-FI thankfully. Any advice? Thank you.

You can contact EE C/S on 0800 0798586 free from any working phone, but they're unlikely to be able to advise in any detail if the faults checker is reporting a known issue.
As frustrating as I'm sure this is, it's encouraging that the issue is known about - and anywhere that you have WiFi, you can use WiFi-calling to use your phone for calls & texts.
The vast majority of fault fixes are quite quick, but sometimes there can be external or third-party factors that delay this. I'm sure the problem will be rectified as soon as possible.
