Why do l have “no service”?

I have had “no service” for the last 24 hours. I can still make and receive calls if l am linked to the internet and can use “WhatsApp”. , but don’t know why l can’t send/receive  messages or make/receive calls normally.

Please help!

  • Are you on a pay monthly contract or PAYG?
  • Are you in the UK?
  • What device do you have?
  • Did you get this device from EE? 
  • Have you tried restarting your device?
