No data or network signal in Mexico

Easton17
Visitor

Hi

I landed in Mexico last night having purchased the data roaming pass and I have had no network signal at all.

I have tried turning automatic network off and selecting different carriers but no look.

Looking at my EE it says roaming is blocked but will not let me turn it on nor can I send a text to or ring 150 as it’s telling me to do

please can someone advise how I can fix this?

Hi @Easton17

Welcome to the community.

Could you try activating it on the My EE desktop site please?

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

There isn't a "Data" Roaming Pass! It's a Roaming Pass that allows you to use your UK call & text allowances while abroad as well as data.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
