Has Wi-Fi calling stopped working for anyone else today 27/08/2025
Not using Starlink, on standard BT broadband.

Rebooted and still not working

Like others on this thread I've been asked by EE complaints team to 'collect evidence' of the Starlink-EE WiFi calling intermittent issue (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and from the customers perspective it's completely random). They want a 72 hour record....BUT our WiFi calling is currently working, and has been for 3 days. Before that it was not working for 4 days. The exercise is pointless because it's not our problem - but it has the effect of buying time for EE to sort this out at a whole different level (I'm guessing 3rd party geolocation for IP addresses) while appearing to be helpful! After my 3 days of 'evidence' it will apparently take 5 days for the technical team to investigate and raise a ticket for me. That's another 8 days altogether before I ask for the complaint to be referred to Ofcom (whatever they're called). See? Brilliant!

You can refer formal complaints to Ombudsman Services either after 8weeks or when a deadlock letter has been issued.

I’ve not complained. But I’ve had the same issue for a while. Combined with the fact our local mast has lost significant connectivity and EE are apparently taking ‘legal action’ after five months to access the land it’s on…
Quite tedious.
Think for me it’s time to move provider. Perhaps others should consider the same. These continual outages are absolutely a breach of contract.
