Hello,
I'm currently in France, I did phone EE twice before going abroad to check if I could use my allowance over there. I was rest assured by both the advisors I could, it will cost £2 per day. However, I now find myself without data (currently using the hotel's wifi).
I did not know about this spend cap. Unfortunately, on texts it says it will only remove on my next billing cycle, I NEED this removing immediately or an alternative option to receive data whilst I'm out and about.
Please can anyone hp, I'm really annoyed the advisors didn't check Taht this would be an issue for me before I travelled. It's causing me hassle not having data to pay for stuff on Google pay or use google maps, abit of a buzzkill whilst on holiday.

Any increase in your spend cap will take affect immediately. It's only decreases that don't take affect until your next bill date.

Well I can't phone cause my spend cap is on £0.00. what a load of crap.

Hi @WakasHussain92,
Sorry, you won't be able to add the Roam Abroad Pass until your spend cap has been updated. Please restart your phone periodically until it updates.
