So I forgot my voicemail pin and I need to reset it. EE please help

Unfortunately you would need to call EE Customer Services on 150 so they can verify you as the account holder and assist from there with a reset.

In which case your voicemail PIN will remain forgotten until you can call.
There are very good reasons why security checks need carrying out for this process - imagine anyone posting on this forum wanting a PIN reset and the staff just doing it because "someone" said so. Would you want your voicemail security open to that?

As @bristolian mentioned, it is not something we are able to do here, as we don't have access to your account.
You would need to call our customer service guides when you can, or if you have a pay monthly contract customer, you can connect to our chat team in the EE app. You'd just need to load the app, select Help then Message Us.
If you have a pay as you go account, chat isn't available and you would need to call.
