For your information been there done that and all you get when you dial 150 is a flaming recorded message telling you your balance and when you need to top up when using a mobile with an ee sim. tried land line and got BT, tried 19 year old mobile NOKIA and got Tesco customer services. 150 number does not work.

If you dialled 150 and got to Tesco Mobile CS, the phone you were using must've had a Tesco Mobile SIM in it.
150 from an EE phone, connects to EE-CS.
