Can’t connect to London Underground Wi-Fi automatically, can do manually though, but it’s annoying. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

Have you tried forgetting the network then connecting again to see if this helps?
You can do this in Settings then WiFi on your phone.

Hi Jon, yes many times, didn’t help. Also tried resetting the network settings , no luck

Hi Jon , I contacted customer service twice, first time the guy called Luke told me that he’s going to reset my account from his side, but I received text that my case is closed. Second time through the help chat , still no luck. Sorry to say but I had a feeling that She didn’t really understand anything

Usually the next step after this would be to speak with our Tech Gurus so they can raise an investigation ticket. They would investigate this and get back to you with an outcome.
