Subject: Complaint regarding eSIM issue (No data and no calling)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my eSIM, which is not functioning properly. Despite having a valid plan and sufficient balance, I am experiencing no data and no calling issues and mobile data also
I have been facing this issue since [18 July to 26july] and have tried troubleshooting on my own, but the problem persists. I request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a solution. If there is any additional information required from my end, please let me know.

Welcome to the community,
Unfortunately this is not customer service, but a public forum with no account access and we do not know who you are, so you would have to speak to customer service or go to an EE high street store to see what is going on.
Have you tried rebooting your phone? Do you actually have network signal showing on your phone?
What troubleshooting have you done?
Are you able to try someone else’s SIM card in your phone to see if there is a problem with your phone?
is it an ESim or a physical SIM card you have in your phone?

Can you explain the symptoms you are experiencing? You have self-diagnosed this to a SIM problem, but what's your basis for having concluded this?
Feel free to include as much detail as possible as to what's happening when you're using your phone & what you've tried so far.
Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

This is not the correct platform for serving formal representations or complaints upon EE.
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
