Hello, I need urgent help!  @150

I am currently in Australia and my phone has lost all roaming data, calls and text, I have unlimited for all three and to use while abroad as I am travelling, I made sure this was apart of my plan.

Anytime I make I call or text it says 'not on registered network' so I can't even call or text @150 for help!

Please someone help me, I'm really stressed and struggling right now.

@Emilyje-93    No contract gives you roaming it’s a chargeable add on or a smart benefit if your tariff has smart benefits

When did you get to Australia?

Did you activate roaming on your EE account by calling customer service or by texting ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi , yes it's been fine, I've only been here 4days, don't have it on constantly only when needed so have used next to no data, no extra charges are on my plan either and my mum's phone is working fine so it's not a network problem here either. There's nothing on the website to say why this could be a problem.

@Emilyje-93  have you tried just restarting your device? Have you tried a manual network search?

You don't have unlimited data while roaming but max. of 50GB per billing period.

If your phone has previously connected to an Australian network, this is good evidence of roaming being enabled.

In this situation, the problem may be with the local network you're connected to. Try manually connecting to a different one.
