Unable to play certain apps/games without a VPN

Hi

Recently I noticed a problem with certain apps being unable to login/load completely. I contacted the companies in question and there wasn’t any issues.

I even tried logging in using WiFi and it worked and also tried logging in on different devices so it worked however on my own phone I still could not. 

I have tried a new SIM card, a complete wipe of my phone and found the only way to make the apps, Pokémon Go and Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, to work is use a VPN when I’m on mobile data. 

 

Im aware this is probably a problem exclusive to me however can anyone help me find a solution to get the games to work on mobile data again as it is becoming ridiculous.

Welcome to the Community!

We don't want you to have any issues using any of the features of your phone, so I'm sorry to hear this is happening, and I can understand your frustration. Are you able to check in your phone's settings if you have anything set up for the apps you're having trouble with, that may be stopping these connecting. If you let me know the kind of phone you're using then I'd be happy to advise you how to do this.
