International call barring

Hi,

I'm currently in Italy and cannot make calls or send messages as the italian network tells me that call barring is active. How can I have call barring deactivated?

Have you been able to use your phone in Italy before now?

If yes - try toggling flight mode or manually select an alternative locxal network.

If no - are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
