I bought a plan of £15 which includes 25 GB, unlimited texts and minutes, but now I am in Netherlands and I have almost all my pack available but I don’t know if my plan does include roaming service or I have to pay something more

You'll need to purchase a roaming pass to use your UK allowances in the EU.

Have you received a text with instructions on how to activate a pass?
