I now have the same issue where I can't make international calls (when in UK), and I get a message that a number is barred.  However, I can't get in touch with someone to call me to discuss.  I texted ROAM and CALLBACK.  How do I speak to someone to sort out this issue?  I didn't have this issue before as recently as a few months ago.  What has changed and why EE didn't tell me?

Thank you for coming back on this.  Finally after going through the  various auto replies @ 150, I managed to get someone to call me.  For the benefit of others, Spending Caps is not the issue.  They have to remove the restriction to premium calls, and also REFRESH your profile.  Why the restriction was put on in the first place, I have no idea since it was not instigated by me.

Anyway it works now.

I would say that once you get to get a technician to call you, they do call within 15 mins and they are always very helpful and polite over the phone.  It's getting to the actual person that is the problem.
