Hi everyone 👋 2 things if anyone could help pls as I’m getting an old git now it doesn’t take a lot to get me confused.com 🤣🤣
no.1 I can’t seem to get my head round the transformation of the EE app 1 day I popped on to check my billing now today it’s going on to a community questions & answers page lol 🤔.
no.2 it says on my antique iPhone 11 😁 that I should be getting excellent service indoors so can someone explain pls why when I’m indoors I get 1 maybe 2 bars of signal ?? 🤔 please note : I’m not complaining just wondering why ?
But I’d really like to say a big thankyou to all the EE phone operators for all the good work they do & how helpful they’ve been to myself ! I was on pay as you go but with the help from the staff at EE I’m now on a sim only contract so not only have they helped me choose a better tariff that suit my needs they’ve helped me save a bit of money every month 👍 I mean with today’s financial state every little helps so a big thankyou to all at EE

The app has been updated recently so it may take some time to get used to, but let us know if you have any questions about it.
The signal bars on your phone will tend to fluctuate during the day, but the main thing is that you have a 4G or 5G symbol in the top corner. This would indicate that your phone is picking up a signal.
