I'm in Mexico and can't access my voicemail. Any suggesstions?

I've tried adding the exit code for Mexico, which is 00 and put in front of the voicemail number and customer services number.  No luck with anything!

Thanks for your comment. I had no choice in how to reply. This was the only way I’ve found to get through to anyone at EE. No customer service phone lines are working from my phone and there’s no way to get through to anyone via email.

its a very frustrating situation!!
