Hello EE teams ,

My voicemail is not active on my number. I have no credit and I can't access it . Please activate voicemail for me.

And this was the only way I could contact you,  and I need help

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public internet forum.

You can activate your voicemail diverts by texting VM ON to 150, you access your voicemail by calling 222 or speed-dial 1, but the call is chargeable on PAYG and thus you need credit.
