I have the option to merge calls but it’s not working. How do I fix this?

@Nothappy90   What’s a contract got to do with a service that you’re not paying for to begin with ?    Did you read that contract?  Did you see anything in that contract thats states you’ll be able to merge a call.?      You don’t understand what a contract agreement actually is and what that  actually means.

@Nothappy90   I just understand the difference between a phone feature and a service provide and just because a phone has a feature  a network doesn’t have to support that feature.
