Wifi calling not working

Can someone help please 🙏 I have absolutely no signal where I live so relay entirely on wifi calling and it hasn't worked in a few days, I have tried all the recommended tips to no avail, nothing is working. I have a samsung s25

Can you be more specific about what "all the recommended tips" are, that you've tried so far?

Are you able to use other internet-based functions on your phone, using WiFi?

I have restarted my phone and router I have tried putting it onto airplane mode and nothing has helped. 

I am able to use all other functions that use WiFi

Out of interest, have you had a chance to check the setting for this to make sure it's still showing as enabled?

You should find this by going to Settings > Connections > WiFi Calling.

I've highlighted this thread with our support teams to see if this is something we need to investigate further. 

If I need any further details to raise an example I'll get back in touch on this thread 😊

In the meantime, it's worth checking to see if the WiFi calling feature is still active on your account. 

If this has dropped off it may be possible to reapply it, so if you give our team a call, they'll be able to advise further.

How do I check to see if the WiFi calling is still active on my account please and unfortunately I cant call the team as I have no reception to do so . I really appreciate your help in this matter

I can't see a way to enable it through your EE Online account, @Nicola1965 

All you should need to do is connect to WiFi, and make sure WiFi Calling is enabled in your phone settings. I believe you've done both of these things.

My best advice is to speak with the Customer Support team, so they can make sure it's all set up on your SIM from our side.
