A spend cap is an amount that you set for extra charges on your account, @DINOBAMBINO. For example, if you had a £5 limit, the third daily charge would be rejected. Could you check your My EE account to see if one is set up please?

Hi @DINOBAMBINO
Welcome to the community. We'll do our best to help you.
Have you tried restarting your phone and searching manually for another available network? Whereabouts are you? Are you on contract or pay as you go?

I'm on contract and currently in cyprus, I've tried restarting my phone and searching for a new network manually but it all seemed to look like they where on auto. Any other advice as it's really stressing me out that I've not been able to resolve this.

Thanks @DINOBAMBINO
Do you know if you have an active Spend Cap and whether you're able to change/remove it?

No I've got a holiday plan £2.29 per day for eu roaming. So I guess there is no cap as its a daily charge! Is there a way I contact ee with no mobile data?

That's great, I was hoping that's all it would be. Enjoy the rest of your holiday, @DINOBAMBINO 🙂
