I paid my bill through the app and they tried to charge the same bill via direct debit! And they cut off my line, I don't understand an operator that cuts off your paid phone number, I can't wait to change operator.

If you made a supplementary payment after your direct debit had been requested from your bank (this happens a few days before the payment is due), this wouldn't cancel the scheduled direct debit payment.

Were either of the payments successful?
