Are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly?

If you are on pay monthly then you should have text ROAMING to 150 before you left - did you? If not then you need to call +447953 966 150 from any phone or Skype and ask customer services to enable it for you.

You also need to make sure that roaming is switched on in your phone settings.

If you have done all of the above and still cannot call or receive calls, try rebooting your phone and tell us if it shows any signal bars or carrier name.
