Hello,
I am based in the UK on a monthly contract but currently in Germany, I bought a 7 day roaming pass and it suddenly stopped working. I've restarted my phone, turned off the wifi etc, but I am having no success. I also tried to contact EE on my phone, a friends phone and the web chat but couldn't get through to a person. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

Could you try manually connecting to a different available German network operator please?
Let me know if you can then use your phone.

Thank you for the suggestion, Chris. I tried this, but it didn't work. The only network I can connect to at all is o2-de and even though it connects I cannot receive or send texts at all.

@simonmobile2001 , I am surprised, as whenever I have gone to Germany, never had a problem connecting to any network, although it has been 2 years since I last went there, there should be TMobile de, so not sure why you cannot find that, I cannot remember which one I connected to though, unfortunately. Has it worked for you and how long for?
I have had a problem, when going abroad, be it Switzerland, Italy and Egypt, always had a connection. Have you checked your settings by going into settings to see if something has changed at all?
