How to buy 24-hour Zone 1 pass before current pass ends

I’ve been looking for a solution for the past half an hour. My 7-Days Zone 1 pass ends tonight so I want to buy 24-hour Zone 1 passes for the remainder of my stay abroad. It looks like I can’t buy it until my current pass expire, but when it expires I will not have an access to the internet, so how do I buy it then??

@rosak : You don't need access to the Net to buy a roaming pass. Otherwise the whole thing would be unworkable.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

How do I buy it then if after switching mobile data off, the EE app is not working due to no connection. I can’t see any other way than via the app which just works as a browser, or via the EE website?

You’ll be able to access the link (contained within the welcome text) to buy another pass. You just won’t be able to connect to the rest of the web.

Don’t turn your data roaming off. Your device still needs to be able to pick up the 4G/5G in order to access the link that’ll allow you to purchase the pass that’ll allow you to access the rest of the internet.

Why are you switching mobile data off? You'll need it to get to the link for buying roaming passes given in your original Welcome email. That link is within the EE network & so is unmetered.
