Unable to access 4G in portugal

4G Worked for one day when I arrived but phone will now only find 3G networks.  I’m running an Iphone11. Any suggestions

Hi @JayneW116 

Are you on a pay monthly plan? If so, did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK? 

If not, you will need to get in touch with the mobile care team by calling +447953 966 150 from any phone, or you could use Skype and they can activate it for you.

If you have previously had mobile service abroad, and are still getting it now, then roaming is self-evidently active.

This seems like an issue down to the specific Portugese network your phone is currently connected to. Try toggling flight mode and/or manually selecting an alternative local network.
