Resolved! Roaming charges when SIM only contract ends

Error O

When I dial xxxxx xxxxxx on my phone I get a message saying its not possible to phone this number on EE, error code O. How do I deal with this. [Mod edit: Please do not post phone numbers on the public board. Thanks!]
