How to contact customer service from abroad

Hi,

I paid £15 for roaming and it doesn’t work. As EE have removed customer services (can’t call and speak to anyone anymore) does anyone have any advice on how to activate roaming that isn’t listed on the website? Roaming is switched on in my phone settings, I paid for £15 roaming add on , my spend cap is set to £30 and finally I have switched my phone on and off and on several times.

This happened last time and no resolution was found. It does appear to be one of the brexit benefits that we won. I have three lines with EE and two work as contract start date was pre June 2021, so this only impacts contract started December 2021.

it does seem likely that I will need to leave EE to a provider that can provide roaming and customer service.

@MarkRox : If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c.

Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto.

@MarkRox   Not sure why you think EE customer service are not there.   Just press option 2 as directed when you call.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sorry but this number does not work

What happens when you try 0800 0798586? Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you calling from an EE phone or from another network?
