How do i delete my answering service msg doro phone

Hi there, i have a doro 6040 mobile phone and i have somehow managed to record a message that comes on after my phone rings several times ie it is an answering service message. I now cannot delete it - can anyone help please? Thankyou

@PoppyW1 Hold down the 1 key on your dial pad and it’ll call you’re voicemail then listen to the options given.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
