I recently bought unlimited data (with a device) on 12 month contract. Since yesterday I have no internet. Can someone assist, please?

This won't work as I am not referring to my SIM card I usually have in my phone. The external device has another SIM card which has no internet despite me buying unlimited data (this is shown on my plan).

Hi @DorotaS
As I mentioned you don't get unlimited data abroad.
You'll need to speak to EE CS as I mentioned via Skype tomorrow.
Thanks

Nor am I referring to your phone SIM. I know very well that your router has a SIM in it & that is the SIM that's giving trouble. I asking you to use your phone, or whatever, on WiFi connected to your router.
Your unlimited data is immaterial as you're FUP'ed at 50 GB while aboard..

On the plan is says Active, the Data is still available from the usage info. So I do not understand how it can be capped at 50 and why I wasn't told that before I bought it. No fun being abroad for xmas with no internet which I am still being charged for regardless.

Is that what http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status says?
Regarding the data allowance, you do still have unlimited data but while abroad there is a FUP of 50 GB pm after which it is drastically slowed down, to 2 Meg I believe.

The link you sent will not work because that SIM card has no internet so how can I go to that link with no internet?
I checked my plan on the general EE website from my EE account.
This has gotten very messy and frustrating. I will be cancelling this plan and raising a complaint against the person who sold me that amazing offer convincing me it's UNLIMITED abroad.
Thanks.

Normally you don't need access to the wider Net to get to my link as it's entirely within EE's network. That's why I asked you to try it just in case. Now I believe you have somehow lost the ability to roam, which you appear to have had until yesterday, & that has stopped all connection to the local foreign networks which would have passed you onto EE's network & hence my link.
