The device blinks in red. I charged it, I restarted it but still no internet access. I am outside of the UK which was the purpose for buying unlimited data. It was working until yesterday. No, I did not check the network status. Not sure how do I do that if I am abroad (post code).

@DorotaS : Did you use that SIM in UK before you went abroad?
Where are you?
Checking EE's network status is no point while abroad as you are no longer on EE's network.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @DorotaS
EE don't offer unlimited contracts they are limited to 600GB. If you're abroad then this is limited further to 50GB. (Pay monthly contract)
If this is a pay monthly contract you need to activate roaming for use abroad. If you haven't activated roaming then you'll need to contact EE CS and active roaming. You can do this free via Skype and the number in my signature.
If this is PAYG then the SIM needs to be activated on the UK network.
Thanks

Yes, I did check it before I went abroad and it was working fine in the UK. It was alsonworking fine while I was already abroad (France, Holland, Germany, Poland). Now it's not working. I am still in Poland.

It's been working abroad until yesterday so I don't think there is anything that needs activating. It's a 12 month contract. Paid monthly (added to my current bill).

Hi @DorotaS
It would be helpful if you had explained this in your original post. You can only roam for three consecutive months (in addition to the data cap). When did you go abroad.
Can you try the SIM in your mobile.
Thanks

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?
