Hi, I can’t get any network calls or any mobile data. I am in Dubai and it’s causing big issues. I can’t call 150 as it won’t allow me.

You need to activate roaming on your account. Download Skype and over WiFi use the number in my signature to call EE. (UK hours).

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
