Hi I was on a call and all of a sudden the call disconnected and now i have no signal and no service I have tried 2 different phones and both are the same i cant call you to report the issue as I have no signal or a way to phone you
Im on the priority service register as a vunerable customer can someone please help. I need to have my phone at all times due to health issues thanks so much

I'm sorry to hear you're having service issues.
Is anything reported in the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker if you select the 'check status' option?
Have you activated WiFi Calling on your phone? This will allow you to route your calls over the internet wherever you have a WiFi signal.

If you have wifi calling on your phone, that will work where there is wifi.
If you have something like Skype, you can ring customer service for free:

Unfortunately, there are times when you may not get connections, due to a fault with the mast, this is why phones give you the opportunity to use wifi calling, which you set up in settings on your phone.
Have you tried rebooting your phone? That can sometimes solve the problem.
