Why is it so difficult to speak to someone?

I have now had to cancel my direct debit because of this impossible task! You just took double the money from my account.....

Thanks I will try that number. hopefully, finally I can get to speak to someone. Wasn't my choice to have to cancel but what else can I do I have been trying for over a week to speak to someone... 

I think it's crazy how difficult it has been to speak to someone. You and other dude are first ppl I got a chance to talk to and you's don't even work for them..

I have logged in to the community for the same reason. I've just canceled the direct debit because although I came back from holidays two months ago, and stopped the roaming service, they still taking those £15.00 from my bank account.

As per txt instructions, I sent STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 on 17th September

I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can make sure that it's been removed and that you haven't been overcharged.

Hi Chris,

thank you for your help. I found a way to speak to someone on very
quick way. Using the mobile EE app., there's a button at the top of
the community page. I made the call and someone opened a case. He said that
I will be refunded next month. I hope this is resolved. I will post an
update.
