Can't speak to a human?

Why is it so difficult to speak to someone?
I have now had to cancel my direct debit because of this impossible task! You just took double the money from my account.....

If you would like to call me to try and sort this out I be glad to hear from you. But your links never work and I have tried for over a week to find some way to talk to someone.
Hence why I bizzarely need to try forums see if this will get you to call me ......

@hmmmmmmm As you know this is a public forum so no one here knows who you are let alone your phone number.
If you need to speak with customer services you call them and select option 2 then select the most relevant option.

Hahahaha are you serious, do you not think I have tried that.
I have tried 3 different numbers all lead to the same. A link that gets SMS'd to me and when I click it error....
Unless you have a number that actually will get me speaking to someone this seems my last option

@hmmmmmmm The only number I ever dial is 150. Never had an issue if I need to speak with customer services, yes I have to speak sim if they are busy.
You are calling them in opening hours as customer services isn’t 24 hours.

When I dial all three numbers that I found, they all lead to 150... It tells me if I need to speak to someone they will send a Link then hangs up the link never works.....

@hmmmmmmm When you dial 150 listen to the options given. Select option 2 then select the option that’s most relevant to your needs.

I have already tried that as well always goes round in a loop have tried several options even ones not related. Always end up back to a link that never works.
Maybe now u understand my frustration. It's like u can't talk to anyone because the link never works

Can you try calling us again on call 150, and select option 2 > option 1 > option 2 > option 1 > option 1 > option 3 > continue to hold after the message stating a text has been sent then press option 9. The team will be happy to help when they are available.
You can also message us, using the get in touch page here this will show a start conversation option when available.
