All of a sudden nothing works on my phone, I can’t even phone 150 to speak with EE to try and fix the problem. My phone bill is paid upto date and I’ve still got half my data allowance for the month still to use but all of a sudden my phones just won’t do anything, how can I speak to ee to fix it if I can’t phone 150 or call out to speak to someone, help please.

When you say nothing is working on your phone, do you mean that the phone itself won't respond, so you can even go into things like settings, or is it that the services aren't working?
Is it impacting calls and texts as well as data?
Is the phone showing it has signal at the moment?

@MarkDixon1992 Is it permanently no signal or intermittent and did it just start this morning? It is possible it could be a problem with the local roaming network you are on, have you tried manually searching for another available network to see if you are able to connect and get signal and use your phone?
It is possible you may be effected by the stable links policy depending on how long you have been away as it is monitored over 4 month period. As the plans are not intended for permanent or long term use outside the UK. However you should be notified before any action is taken with regards to that, so it may be something else but it is worth keeping in mind.
