Why is it so difficult to speak to someone?
I have now had to cancel my direct debit because of this impossible task! You just took double the money from my account.....

Cancelling your DD could lead to further debt, marring your credit history & being chased by debt collectors.

Thanks I will try that number. hopefully, finally I can get to speak to someone. Wasn't my choice to have to cancel but what else can I do I have been trying for over a week to speak to someone...
I think it's crazy how difficult it has been to speak to someone. You and other dude are first ppl I got a chance to talk to and you's don't even work for them..

I have logged in to the community for the same reason. I've just canceled the direct debit because although I came back from holidays two months ago, and stopped the roaming service, they still taking those £15.00 from my bank account.

I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can make sure that it's been removed and that you haven't been overcharged.
