Hi. I ordered SIM card which I activated in UK before going abroad. Now I bought a supscribtion plan and I can't use any data while abroad, I tried sending an SMS or use maps but with no luck. Any idea why it's not working? I have got roaming switched on in my phone settings but when sending ROAMING to 150 it shows me I can't send it. Thanks

What happens when you try and make a call? do you hear a recorded message?

Have you tried manually selecting other networks, to see if this works?
If so, have you called our pay as you go care team to get this looked into?

I called your tech service and they told me to switch my phone on and off and try manually connecting to other networks. I did that all, I also tried using SIM in different device but no luck.

I would suggest getting back in touch with the tech team to let them know this has not resolved the issue and get this further investigated.
