When I was with BT for my home phone, my mobile (on EE) was able to divert my calls to my home phone after a certain number of rings. After we switched the home phone to EE it doesn't do that. Is there a way to change this so my calls will forward to my home phone if I don't pick up my mobile?

Hello @bullajabbar ,
Welcome to the community,
If you are on a monthly contract with your mobile, you should be able to do that.
On the IPhone, not sure, but suspect the same With Android, go to settings and then phone and you should be able to do it there, look for call forwarding.

The divert is set on your mobile, and nothing on there changes unless you do.
Your mobile's call settings will have options for call divert or call forwarding. Amend the "divert when unanswered" to your preference.

The call forwarding action of your mobile cannot change just from the state of the receiving phone. Perhaps what you are seeing is that the call forwarding is correctly carried out by your mobile but is not being picked by the landline. That would be a possibility resulting from the faulty change of connection by the landline.
