struggling to use apps due mobile network being poor

hello

I am 5g most of the time when im out and about and its struggles to show anything when im on any apps dont it was not like this on my old phone unsure if the sim card or my area pretty crap any ideas what i can do to help improve

Are you experiencing this issue in all locations, or just particular ones? When did you change phones? Was your old phone, a 5G one? And do you know any other EE users in these same areas, are they experiencing similar issues?

These symptoms would be unusual for a SIM issue, and there's no particular reason for this to be an exception. If the network is congested in an area, then all phones would be affected indiscriminately, and changing phones wouldn't make any difference.

If your phone has a fault, then it's likely to affect you in all locations whilst other phones will be unaffected. You need to start ruling out some variables and prove potential causes "in" or "out".
