@silversue1 When you went to THIS website did you click the check service status? And did you report that fault ? Just to check have you tried restarting the device? Is anyone else with you on EE also having the same issue?

Hi @silversue1
As you have home WIFI, can you activate WIFI calling in your phone? This is a benefit from EE included in your service plan.
It’s uses any accessible Wi-Fi as a local transmitter, and so allows you to be able to make and receive calls/texts even with low or no mobile signal.
Just to explain- this doesn't change the signal from the mast, So you may still see low bars of mobile signal showing on the phone.
You can find out more about it at EE Wifi Calling
If you have an android, just go to your keypad as though you are going to make a call > press 3 dots at top right > settings > WIFI calling > switch it on
There may also be an option below this that says "Network preferred". If you click this and change "calling preference" to WIFI preferred".
For iPhones it's Settings > Phone > WIFI calling
Once switched on just leave it on permanently. Your phone will automatically swap between the best connections.
