Issues with Call Reception at University and on Train

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having ongoing issues with receiving calls in certain locations, such as indoors at the University of Surrey (e.g., 5/6GIC and Battersea Court) and when traveling by train between Guildford and Byfleet. People have mentioned they tried to contact me multiple times but couldn’t get through, and I only receive their voicemails. This happens most of the time in these areas.

Has anyone else experienced similar signal issues in these locations? Any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Hi @a_ghazavi

You can check your local network status here but ultimately there will be holes in the network where there is little to no coverage.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

Thank you, @Northerner.

How can I report them to EE Tech Service Team?

Check that your phone shows coverage and either VoLTE or VoNR in these locations?

It shows that "this service is not available!"!

@bristolian Yes, it shows. However, sometimes, especially indoors, it does not work.

@a_ghazavi  No network will guarantee a working signal indoors as building block signal but if you have WiFi access you also have access to WiFi calling.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Failed calls when VoLTE or VoNR is displayed, should be reported - initially via the means already suggested.
